Background: John Gavares has designed, administered and delivered dozens of Leadership and Supervisory Development Programs. John led the City of San Diego's Supervisors Academy in 1988, & the Management Academy beginning in 1993.
Southern California Edison: Most recently (2018-2020), John facilitated over 25 two-day leadership development and culture transformation programs for supervisors and above in Southern California Edison (SCE).
Public Utilities Department: During 2011-2015, John led fifteen 5-day Field and 7-day Management Academies for the City of San Diego's Public Utilities Department.
