Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

John has used the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument dozens of times to for individual and team development. Participants learn their primary and back-up styles and develop personal action plans and norms and values of the team for handling conflict between team members and within the team.

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument is designed to assess an individual's behavior in conflict situations. Research has shown that there are five basic styles or modes for handling conflict. The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument provides a profile of individuals and teams that indicates the repertoire of conflict-handling skills which you use in the kinds of conflict situations you face.
