Organization Effectiveness Assessment Instrument The Gavares Group's Organization Effectiveness Survey is based on our High Performing Organizational Model. John uses the instrument to help employees, teams and organizations to diagnose the organization's culture, identify areas for improvement, and to serve as an educational tool for team members to explore the nature of high-performing organizations. Organization members develop a common definition of organization culture, and learn a simple five-box model for a High-Performing Organization, that includes Organization Culture as one of the major components.
