High Performing Teams Assessment Instrument

The Gavares Group's Team Effectiveness Survey is based on John's High Performing Team Model. The instrument helps teams and organizations understand teams, diagnose the teams they belong to, develop prescriptive solutions as to area of focus, and also serves as an educational tool for team members as to high performing teams. The 28-item instrument identifies team effectiveness in each of the following seven areas:
