Communications Skills Assessment Instrument The Gavares Group's Communication Skills Assessment instrument is used to help understand their communications skills and to prepare participants for Communication Skills Workshops. The survey can provide the basis for a pre-post assessment regarding the effectiveness of the training, and it can also serve as a primer for workshop participants to develop self-awareness and identify areas for increasing interpersonal effectiveness. Participants learn specific techniques for effective communication, including for giving and receiving feedback, and for motivating and connecting with other people. |
